PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is due on the day of service by Cash, Credit or Debit, ACH transfer, Venmo, or PayPal.


CANCELLATION POLICY

If a scheduled cleaning appointment is cancelled by the client less than 24 hours in advance, OR if we are unable to enter the house a cancellation fee of 50% of that cleaning's cost will be charged.


REFERRAL PROGRAM

Existing clients will receive $20 off their next bill for new referrals that receive a minimum of one clean.


ADDITIONAL CHARGES can potentially occur when the following situations are presented:

  • Working around contractors
  • Additional cleaning not agreed upon in advance

Should we encounter an unexpected situation that will require more time to resolve, we will contact you through text to obtain approval of charges and permission to continue.
